INAI — Terms of Use
The agreement between you and INAI when you use the app.
Who can use INAI
INAI is for adults discerning marriage. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. One account per person.
Your profile
Be honest. Use recent photos of yourself and describe your faith, background, and intentions truthfully. Do not impersonate anyone, including church leaders.
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us the licence we need to display it in the app.
How to behave
Harassment, sexual pressure, hate, and shaming are not allowed. Do not share another member's private messages, photos, or pastor details.
Do not use INAI for advertising, soliciting money, or any unlawful purpose.
Pastor references
A pastor reference is optional. If you name a pastor you confirm you have their permission for us to contact them, and we will only ask them to confirm your reference.
Subscriptions
INAI Plus is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel. Cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.
Suspension and closure
We may hide, suspend, or remove accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines. You can deactivate or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Liability and governing law
INAI helps you meet people. We do not conduct background checks and we are not responsible for the conduct of members, so take the usual care when meeting anyone in person.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
